dancing at The Proof

Red, White and You concert at Clement Park (just off Bowles-between Wadsworth
and Pierce)
at 5:30 pm. look for a pole with black and red sashes flying and join
us for a FREE concert
by Hot Flash, a terrific rock & roll band plus a fireworks display.
Bring your lawn chair.
July 4 - Friday
Lory's Picnic/Dance Party at Foothills Golf Course (3901 South Carr St.)
from 4-9 pm
DJ music, lots of food (grilled hamburgers, hot dogs etc.) fun outdoor
games
makes for an enjoyable time all for $15.00. Bring your lawn chair.
July 5 - Saturday
One of our absolute favorite bands--Hot Toddy will be performing at the
Summit (2700 S. Havana in Aurora)
Sing and dance to the tunes of the 50's 60's and 70's.

July 6 - Sunday
Free symphony concert on the rocks at Red Rocks Amphitheater with the
Colorado Symphony Orchestra
at 7:30 pm. Phone Nancy 3/ 237-0403 of the CAC (Catholic Alumni Club)
group to coordinate a meeting time.
July 10 - Thursday
Free concert by the Nacho Men (an over the top rock and roll band) at
6:30 pm
at Highlands Park (University and Quebec) sponsored by Highlands Ranch

It's the Proof (7800 East Hampden Av) No cover before 7:30 pm
Free Dinner Buffet and great music and dancing.

It's the wearing of the Green once again at the Annual Irish Festival
at Clement Park
cost $10.00-- Great food and the most glorious music and dancing plus
interesting shopping
opportunities. Runs from 10 am-10 pm.

July 13 - Sunday
At the Hudson Gardens off Santa Fe in Littleton, the band Starship will
be giving a concert.
They are famous for such hits as "Runaway", "We built
this City", "Nothing's gonna stop us now"
and "Sara". General admission is $23.50 (can be purchased at
the gate.) opens at 5 pm. Look for the pole
with black and red sashes and sit with us. Bring your lawn chair.
July 15- Tuesday
Monthly dine-out 6:30 pm at Simms Landing (11911 W. 6th Av and Simms.

July 17 - Thursday
Dotsero (a talented jazz/fusion band) will be playing at Clement Park
at 7 pm.

"Let's go out to the Ballgame" Rockies are playing Pittsburgh and they
need our cheering.
(Do they ever!) Frank (3/477-3572) is organizing the crowd. Count me
in I want a hot dog and peanuts and cracker jacks...

Breakfast at the 4G's (5050 S. Platte Canyon Rd.) in Littleton at 9 am
As always big breakfast-little price. No RSVP necessary.

It's Clement Park again for a FREE concert by the Denver Municipal Band
meet at 5:30 pm.
This is a very special night when they fire off the civil war cannons.
Bring your lawn chair and find the pole of black and red sashes.

CAC invites us to join them at the Festival playhouse (5762 Olde Wadsworth,
Arvada) at 2 pm
for "It's a Bad Year for Tomatoes" a little gem of a comedy.
Tickets are $12.00 payable at the door.

Yes indeed there's another Free concert at 6:30 at Highlands Park. Chris
Daniels and his band.

Good golly it's Proof time!

All those who took golf lessons this year unite and meet Ken for an easy
round of nine hole golf at Foothills golf course. We'll divide into similar

OK-- all those that didn't play golf with Ken (and I know who you are!)
are invited to play tennis with Marlene (3/795-2006) this afternoon.
July 31 Thursday
Last Free concert for July-- Dakota Blonde (an easy listening folk group)
will be singing at the base of the light rail station in Englewood. Starts
at 6:30 pm.
Locate the red and black sashed pole. Bring your lawn chair.
